Problems of excess consumption of rice:

Consumption of rice is harmful for diabetes patients. Because eating rice increases the amount of glucose in the blood, so such people should not consume rice.

Asthma:

Asthma patients should not consume rice. Risk of asthma problems increases by 80% due to eating rice.

obesity:

Let us tell you that the amount of fat in the rice is  very high, which leads to obesity. Therefore,if you are gaining weight very quickly then reduce consumption of rice.

Laziness:

Rice increases the amount of sugar in the blood. By which the body seems to feel laziness
